While Versace’s outfit was certainly eye-catching, it was her face that attracted significant attention among social media users who marveled at how different her features looked from previous years.

For the show business affair, the world-renowned Italian fashion designer donned a sparkly gold and slightly sheer dress that ended above her knees. The long-sleeved garment featured bedazzled fringe tassels.

Versace wore a black strapless corset underneath her dress and paired both items with see-through black tights. Elevating her ensemble, she sported tan platform boots, accessorized with gold dangling earrings, a striking bracelet, and gold rings.
